Relax.Take a nap.Take care of your body.
Sleep is as important as a balanced diet to our bodies. It is essential for a in keeping our health in check. We are usually asleep a third of our lifetime since adults are advised to sleep not less than 7hrs a day.
After a very long and tiresome day at work,I get home tired and longing for sleep. In these moments,I long for the days in nursery school where we had sleeping time after lunch.I remember how our teachers had to force us to sleep and how much we cried when we didn’t want to.I secretly wish someone would force me to sleep at this age but the bills to pay cannot let me.Some weeks ago,I developed back aches and my blood pressure rose rapidly. My doctor advised me to ensure I had enough rest.True to his words, after changing my sleep patterns and resting enough I recovered.
Rest is important to avoid increased blood pressure and diabetes type 2.Check your sleeping patterns to keep your health in check.Your health is important.
